In need of a snazzy layout? Looking for a site but don't know where
to start? You've came to the right place. To enter, you will need to
create a piece of art using MS Paint ONLY. It dosen't matter what it's
of, just as long as it follows the guidelines. Thank you to Hau Bing
for donating the layout and helping me come up with the idea.

This is win a layout, but if you'd like to win a site instead, let me
know and I'll set you up with the layout and everything you need. To win
this layout/site, you will need to know basic knowledge of HTML. I can
help you, but please note that I can't always be there and you need to
figure out a lot of stuff on your own. I can't do it all for you.
