o It must be a hexed pet or breed, nothing more.
o Don't hex someone else's breed or pet and use it as your own!
o Failure to comply rules will result in a permanant ban from all PD Contests.

Note that that it can be any theme. Any hexed pet will
do - there is no specified category.
